Come take advantage of the beautiful light of golden hour in the peony fields. Choose a one hour time slot for your professional photography sessions.

You are responsible for your guests. Gift shop will be open during photography hours. 

This ticket is for the use of The Peony Fields as a photography venue only. To have your portraits made, please contact a professional portrait photographer.

Photography Venue Agreement

This Photography Venue Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:

The Peony Fields ("Venue"), located at 379 Red Maple Road, Inman, SC, and

Photographer ("Client"), whose name and contact information will be provided upon booking.

By purchasing a ticket for professional photography access, Client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.


1. Access and Use of Venue 1.1 The Venue grants the Client non-exclusive access to the peony farm on the reserved date and time specified during the booking process. 1.2 Access is limited to designated areas as directed by Venue staff. Restricted areas must not be entered. 1.3 The Client must use the property respectfully, avoiding damage to plants, pathways, and structures.

2. Fees and Payment 2.1 The Client agrees to pay the full ticket price at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable unless the Venue cancels the reservation. 2.2 The Client is responsible for any additional fees arising from damages, extended use, or other breaches of this Agreement.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations 3.1 The Client must adhere to the scheduled date and time of their booking. 3.2 In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the Venue may offer to reschedule at its sole discretion. 3.3 Reschedule requests from the Client may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.

4. Photography Guidelines 4.1 The Venue permits photography for professional and personal use only during the reserved time. Commercial resale of images requires prior approval. 4.2 Clients must not disrupt other visitors or activities on the farm. 4.3 All equipment must be portable and non-invasive. Drones are prohibited without express written consent.

5. Liability and Indemnity 5.1 The Venue is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by the Client or their guests during their use of the property. 5.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Venue harmless against any claims arising from their actions or use of the property.

6. Damages 6.1 The Client is liable for any damage caused to the property, plants, or equipment due to their actions or negligence. 6.2 Any damages must be reported immediately to Venue staff, and the cost of repairs will be billed to the Client.

7. Termination 7.1 The Venue reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Client fails to adhere to its terms and conditions. 7.2 No refunds will be issued for terminations due to breaches of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law 8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina.

9. Entire Agreement 9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.


Acknowledgment and Agreement

By completing the ticket purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU READ AND AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

-The Peony Fields are on private property along with the owners' residence. There is no access to the house.

-No pets, please.

-There are hazards at The Peony Fields, among them uneven ground and ANTS. Please be cautious. 

-Adults may walk down paths in peony beds. Please keep children on main (grassy) paths.

-Although we don't expect there to be fatally dangerous conditions:

"Under South Carolina law, an agritourism professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agritourism activity resulting from an inherent risk associated with the agritourism activity." (Chapter 53, Title 46, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976).
